Paweł Gruszewski
A finance expert with over 20 years of experience in business lending and complex investment processes.
He began his career at Citi Handlowy as a trade finance specialist, then moved on to ING Bank, where he managed relationships with corporate and strategic clients. He also led the commercial real estate division at BPH Mortgage Bank.
In 2008, he founded Credit Partners – an advisory firm that has earned the trust of entrepreneurs and management teams from both Polish and international companies.
Together with his team, he has completed dozens of financing transactions, combining deep expertise in structuring with strong communication and negotiation skills when working with financial institutions.
Privately, he invests in real estate development projects.
His professional philosophy is built on the belief that success is the result of good team work and synergy between experience, transparency, and trust.
